Editing links, emails and phone numbers
Editing links, emails and phone numbers
If you need to change, fix or remove a link, place your cursor on the link in the editing view and right click.
This will bring up three options:
- paste
- edit link
- unlink
Clicking on unlink will remove the URL and the text will revert to normal text.
Clicking on edit link will bring up a field showing the URL for the link. For example:

Enter the new URL you want to use and then press save.
Emails and phone numbers work in the same way. For example:

Please note that mailto: needs to be placed before the email address and tel: before the phone number, with no spaces.
There should also be no spaces in the phone number link, although you can have spaces in the number on the webpage. So, the number above should display as 01252 774460 on the webpage.
