Emerging neighbourhood plans

Designation of Eversley Neighbourhood Area

On 16 September 2025, Cabinet formally approved the designation of a Neighbourhood Area for Eversley.

The approved Neighbourhood Area covers the whole of Eversley Parish and has been designated in accordance with the requirements of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) and Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012.

Eversley Parish Council, as the relevant qualifying body, will lead the preparation of the Neighbourhood Plan.
