Hart Local Plan 2044 Engagement Strategy Data protection

To allow us to register your comments on the Local Plan we need to collect some personal information about you such as your name and contact details to ensure that each representation is duly made as well as ensuring that we can contact you at later stages of the plan-making process. 

We will ensure that your data is used in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR) Act and the Data Protection Act 2018. When we consult, there will be a published privacy notice setting out why we are collecting your personal data and how we will use it.
