Anti-social Behaviour Policy 2025-2028 - Comments and complaints

We want to provide customers with the best service but recognise that sometimes things can go wrong. If you are unhappy with the way in which the service was provided by the Community Safety team, we would ask that you contact us to explain the issue and see if we can further assist or put it right.

If after this you feel your complaint is still unresolved, Hart District Council has a procedure in place that sets out what we will do if you would like your complaint to be investigated further.
