Equality and diversity are important considerations in ASB. Hart District Council must navigate legal and practical difficulties when dealing with ASB cases where Equality Act issues are also engaged. We are committed to promoting equality within the delivery of our services.

We will work to ensure residents enjoy their right to peace, quiet and safety.

The Equality Act 2010 provides people with a protected characteristic protection from direct or indirect discrimination, harassment, or victimisation.
