2026 Residents' Survey

Take our Residents' Survey and let us know what you think about local services in Hart

Tell Hart what you really think!

We've launched a Residents’ Survey, giving everyone in Hart the opportunity to share their experience and opinions of council services.

The survey will run for a period of six weeks, closing at 11:59pm on Monday 12 October. The online format should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

Take the survey

The feedback will help us understand what we are doing well, where we can improve, and what the priorities should be over the next 18 months. Following the plans for local government reorganisation, a new North Hampshire unitary council is expected to take over all council services from April 2028.

Services we provide impact everyone in Hart, whether it's collecting the bins, maintaining country parks, planning, community safety or something else. Every response will help us better understand the needs of our communities and ensures residents are at the heart of decision-making.

Not everybody is able to complete the survey online, so this survey is available in other formats on request. Please email enquiries@hart.gov.uk with any requirements or call 01252 622 122.
