About this guide and the Drupal 9 web platform
This guide will help you get familiar with some of the common elements and functions on the website and to get you started with basic editing.
Most of the editing you’ll do as a content editor will involve updating pages that already exist. We'll provide dummy pages for you to practise on.
LocalGov Drupal
Hart District Council is a member of LocalGov Drupal, a “publishing platform created by councils, for councils”. It aims to deliver a better digital experience for users, improve service outcomes, and save money for councils and communities.
The Hart District Council website has been created on Drupal 9.
A growing number of local authorities in the UK and Ireland use Drupal 9 (34 at 1 March 2023).
