Column 2 tells you what type of page each item is.
Drupal 9 has several different page types, but the most common is Service page. We’ll mainly focus on these in this guide (there's also a section later on Guide pages).
A Service page is a basic page that contains information about a specific topic.
Service pages are often grouped together under Service landing pages and sub-Service landing pages (more about these in a later guide).
