Author and publication status
Column 3 tells you who created the page originally.
Column 4 tells you whether the page has been published or is still a draft.
If it has been published it will appear on the website and anyone can view it.
Draft pages do not appear on the website until they are marked as published (the Communications team will do this for you).
A draft page may sometimes be marked as ‘ready for review’. In this case you may be asked to review a page before it is published by Communications.
