First Homes

The First Homes scheme helps first-time buyers and key workers on to the property ladder. It offers them homes at a discount of 30% compared to the market price.  

This discount must be passed on to all future first-time owners of the home.  

First Homes properties will be built on developments which have a requirement to provide affordable homes. 

People who are interested in purchasing a First Homes property in Hart must have a local connection.
