Your rights to access information about the Council and yourself
You can access information about Hart District Council in several ways and see what information we hold about you.
You have rights under three pieces of legislation, which govern how we supply different types of information.
- the Data Protection Act 2018 gives you the right to see information we hold about you
- the Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives you the right to access information we publish and other information we hold
- the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 gives you access to information held by us relating to the environment
