Grants and funding

Find out about the funding opportunities for community organisations, groups and schools

Running through our Corporate Plan is a commitment to support those most in need, working with partner organisations and charities to tackle social and health inequalities. We are also committed to tackling climate change, putting the reduction of CO2 in the atmosphere at the front and centre of all our policies.

We offer a number of different funding opportunities to community organisations which support families and individuals in Hart and to community groups developing projects that benefit wellbeing, the environment and biodiversity.
