For adults with eligible care needs, there is a guide to care and support services on the Hampshire County Council Adult Social Care website.

Alternatively, you can find your own care and support solutions, including care homes and home care agencies, by visiting Connect to Support Hampshire.

If you need to report concerns about abuse of a vulnerable adult, call:

  • Hampshire Adult Services on 0300 555 1386 (out of hours 0300 555 1373), or
  • the police on 101
  • in an emergency, or if you think you and/or someone else are in immediate danger, phone 999
