Alternatively, you can find your own care and support solutions, including care homes and home care agencies, by visiting Connect to Support Hampshire.

If you need to report concerns about abuse of a vulnerable adult, call:

  • Hampshire Adult Services on 0300 555 1386, or
  • the police on 101
  • in an emergency, or if you think you and/or someone else are in immediate danger, phone 999

Dementia Friendly Hampshire guide is a practical guide for those living with the condition and their family and carers.

Dementia Support in Hart has details of financial, emotional and social support available for dementia sufferers and their carers in Hart. Please email hereforhart@hart.gov.uk if you'd like printed leaflets for distribution.
