TRAINING: Editing guide overviews and guide pages

How guides are structured

Guides contain two page types:

  1. a single guide overview page that sets the scene for the guide’s content
  2. any number of additional guide pages on topics covered by the guide (most guides won’t need more than 10 pages)

Guide pages don’t have as many options as service pages. You won’t see:

  • related content
  • task buttons
  • contacts

But you can do most other things, such as inserting:

  • headings
  • links
  • buttons
  • alerts
  • images
  • tables
