Tackling empty homes 2025-2030 - Monitoring and review

This approach to tackling empty homes was agreed by the Senior Leadership Team on 25 March 2025 and was endorsed by the Portfolio Holder, the Cabinet Member for Community Services. It will be effective for five years, at which point a review will be undertaken. However, a review may be carried out sooner where a specific need to do so has been identified by Hart, or where there is a relevant change in Government legislation.
