Self-build and custom-build housing
Fees to join the self-build and custom-build housing register
An individual or association must pay an inclusion fee to join the register. The fee is payable within 28 days of your being notified that your application has been successful.
You must pay an annual fee to stay on the register during the subsequent 31 October – 30 October period.
