A local plan sets out a vision and framework for the future development of an area, with policies used to decide planning applications.
The new Hart Local Plan will replace the Hart Local Plan (Strategy and Sites) 2032 and Saved Policies from the Hart Local Plan (Replacement) 1996-2006.
