Odiham Parish Council has prepared an updated Neighbourhood Plan for the parish
Referendum
The referendum will be held on Tuesday 25 March 2025, with voting open from 7am to 10pm: Odiham and North Warnborough Notice of Referendum
If you are registered to vote within the Neighbourhood area (Parish of Odiham), you will receive a poll card.
A referendum asks you to vote ‘yes’ or ‘no’ on a specific question. The ballot paper will ask the following question :
“Do you want Hart District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Odiham and North Warnborough Neighbourhood Planning Area to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"

Neighbourhood Plan Examiner's Report and Decision to proceed to Referendum
The Examiner's Report was received on 13 December 2024 and can be viewed below:
Hart District Council decided at its Cabinet meeting on 6 February 2025 to accept the recommended modifications to the Neighbourhood Plan, to make a further modification to correct an error, and to proceed to Referendum.
