Submit your lottery returns

You must submit a return statement no later than three months after the latest draw (or final draw) of your lottery.

Two members of your society must sign the return. They must have been appointed in writing for that purpose. The governing body can also sign, if applicable.

Each return must be accompanied by a copy of the appointment of the two members. All signatories must be 18 or over.
