Shaping your future council

You need to apply for a temporary use notice if you wish to make temporary use of a venue for gambling. This is not a permanent arrangement, but allows premises such as hotels, conference centres or sporting venues to be used temporarily to provide facilities for gambling.
You must hold an operating licence to apply for a temporary use notice.
For more information about temporary use notices, please go to the Gambling Commission website.
