What you need to provide and how to apply
Before you apply you must have:
- a standard Disclosure and Barring Service check. This must be less than one month old when you submit your application, otherwise it will be rejected
- an accredited qualification
- two passport sized photographs on a light background, which should be countersigned
- proof of your right to work in the UK. For example, a current passport or birth certificate
- completed a certificate of disclosure of convictions form to declare relevant foreign offences, and forfeiture of a personal licence in the past 5 years
