Apply for a gambling premises licence

You'll need to apply to us for a gambling premises licence if you plan to open any of the following in Hart:

• adult gaming centre

• betting premises

• betting track premises

• family entertainment centre

• bingo premises

Each licence is valid for an indefinite period, but there is an annual fee, which is payable on the anniversary of the grant of the licence.
