What you need to provide and how to apply

Before you apply you must have:

a standard Disclosure and Barring Service check. This must be less than one month old when you submit your application, otherwise it will be rejected
an accredited qualification
two passport sized photographs on a light background, which should be countersigned
proof of your right to work in the UK. For example, a current passport or birth certificate
completed a certificate of disclosure of convictions form to declare relevant foreign offences, and forfeiture of a personal licence in the past 5 years
