Club premises certificate

Any ‘interested party’ can request a review of a current club premises certificate. These include residents or businesses who may be affected by the activities of the premises.

The review must relate to one of the four licensing objectives:

1. the prevention of crime and disorder
2. the prevention of public nuisance
3. public safety
4. the protection of children from harm

You must notify the holder of the club premises certificate if you wish to apply for a review.

You must also notify each responsible authority by sending them a copy of the application, together with any required documents. This must be done on the same day you make your application. There is no fee for this application.
