Staying active is just as important for people living with disabilities or health conditions. Exercise can improve your mental wellbeing as well as your overall physical health.

Local Exercise Options

Everyone Active Free / Discounted Memberships

There are a number of free or discounted membership options available at the Fleet and Frogmore Everyone Active leisure centres including:

  • People who receive medium or high PIP payments for disabilities are entitled to free gym and swim.
  • Free gym/swim for full time carers when accompanying a cared for member.
  • People living with Parkinson’s can enjoy free membership, as can their carers to provide support if needed.
  • You can benefit from a 25% discount off membership fees if you are referred via the GP Exercise on Referral Scheme.

Everyone Active also run sessions with SEN children and adults in mind, including quiet time swimming. Please phone for more details:
