- ethnic origin (including nationality)
- politics
- religion
- health (mental or physical)
- disability
- sexual life or sexual orientation
Legal basis for processing (Article 9 of the GDPR)
- exercising obligations and specific rights of the controller in the field of employment law

- employees of Hart District Council and Zellis (Novation agreement)
How long will the data be kept
- 6 months from date of interview for unsuccessful applications
