Introduction

You can register to speak at an upcoming Planning Committee. Anyone who has made written comments can speak either in favour or against an application. We will write and tell you about a week to 10 days in advance of when the application will be debated at Committee and that there will be an opportunity to speak.

You will need to provide the following information:

• your name
• email address
• telephone number
• if you wish to attend a Planning Committee, confirmation of the planning application number
• if you wish to attend a Planning Enforcement sub-committee, the case reference number
• any access arrangements you would like us to make on your behalf
