It's local election day across Hart

Open door into a polling station with polling station sign

Make sure you have your say

Local elections are taking place across Hart today. Polling stations are open from 7am until 10pm. You'll be voting for your councillors for:

  • Hart District Council
  • Hampshire County Council
  • Fleet Town Council Calthorpe ward (if you live in this area only). All other town and parish councils are uncontested.

You must bring photo ID with you when you vote. If you do not show your photo ID when asked, you will not be able to vote. Your polling card includes details of your polling station or you can use the Electoral Commission’s polling station finder

Need to hand in a postal vote?

If you're returning a postal vote by hand, you'll need to complete a supplementary form that is witnessed. This can be done either at the council offices during office hours or at a polling station.

Please don't leave postal votes in the office post box or at a polling station as without completing the form they will not be accepted.

How can I find out the results?

The votes for all elections will be counted overnight once the polling stations close. We will be publish results as available on this website.
