Hart District Council has received very positive feedback from the Local Government Association’s Corporate Peer Challenge Progress Review, which praised them as being well‑managed with stable finances, strong leadership and an engaged workforce delivering quality services for residents.
Councillor David Neighbour, Leader of the Council said: "This review confirms that Hart is a well‑managed council with sound finances and committed staff delivering great services for residents.
"At a time of real pressure across local government, this reflects strong governance and responsible leadership focused on doing the right thing for our communities."
