Premises licences

When applying for the first time, you’ll be charged a fee that’s based on the rateable value of the premises.

Application fees are set by central government and depend on the fee band of your venue.

If your premises doesn’t have a rateable value it will fall into the lowest fee band.

You can check your rateable value at the Valuation Office Agency website.
