You must clean up after your dog in all areas of Hart. If you don't, you could be fined.

Our dog fouling policy is to prosecute offenders where there is sufficient evidence to do so.

Barking dogs

Excessive barking and/or whining by dogs may disturb or annoy neighbours. In some cases, it may be classed as a noise nuisance and can be investigated by an Environmental Health officer.
