Report a nuisance

Evidence you need to show

We'll ask you to provide evidence such as: 

  • a diary sheet saying what the issue is
  • when and how often it happens 
  • photographs 
  • videos 
  • maps or drawings

We will not investigate without this type of evidence

To decide if the issue is a statutory nuisance we have to consider things such as:

  • impact on people and the local environment
  • the motives of the people involved
  • sensitivity of the people complaining
