7. If you work for us – working for the electoral registration officer collecting registration forms

7.1 Your personal data will be transferred to Civica Electoral Services, Southbank Central (8th Floor), 30 Stamford Street, London, SE1 9LQ the purposes of running the online MEA account.

7.2 The data will be held by CES only for so long as they need to provide the MEA service to us during the canvass period.

7.3 Your personal data will be transferred to Phase 3 Consulting Ltd, Swan Square, 56 Oak Street, Manchester, M4 5JA for the purposes of running a payroll and providing statutory returns to HMRC. The data will be held for as long as they need to provide information on the payroll to HMRC.

7.4 You can object and stop us processing your data for this purpose but if you do then you will not be able to work for us.
