Complain about a letting or managing agent

Landlords and tenants can make a complaint if they are unhappy with the service from a letting or management agent.

You have two options if you want to make a complaint about a letting or managing agent:

By law, letting or managing agents must join an approved scheme. If they don’t, they can be fined up to £5,000.
