Caring for someone can be rewarding, but it can also be hard. There is support to help you. It includes financial aid, advice, training and breaks from caring.

A carer’s assessment is to find out about your needs and how you may be able to get help. Following the assessment, you may be eligible to receive services such as the free ‘Take a Break’ service which is offered by Hampshire County Council.
Princess Royal Trust for Carers provides carer support services in Hampshire on behalf of Hampshire County Council.
