Our Community Asset Transfer Policy sets out how we transfer council-owned land and buildings for community benefit

The Community Asset Transfer Policy sets out the Council’s approach to transferring council-owned land and buildings to voluntary, community or social enterprise organisations for community benefit.

Community Asset Transfer enables such organisations to take on the ownership or management of local assets to deliver services, strengthen community resilience and support local priorities.
