Attending and speaking
We encourage people to attend, speak at and petition meetings of the Council
Anyone can speak at meetings of Cabinet and the Overview and Scrutiny Committee, but only on matters that appear on the agenda.
You can put questions or statements to these meetings. Please see below for more information.
