Planning Policy
Purpose of the processing
A Land Availability Assessment is being carried out to identify and assess land that could meet the district’s future needs for homes, employment and other uses through the new Hart Local Plan. In accordance with national planning guidance, Hart District Council officers are required to identify potential sites through desktop review and assess their suitability, availability and achievability.
To determine the availability of sites identified by desktop review, officers have written to landowners inviting them to make a submission via Placemaker, the Council’s digital sites platform.
Hart District Council is the data controller.
