Tell Hart what you really think!

Let's talk about...your services

Hart District Council has today launched a Residents’ Survey, giving everyone in Hart the opportunity to share their experience and opinions of council services.

The survey will run for a period of six weeks, closing on Monday 12 October. The online format should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and can be accessed via online1.snapsurveys.com/hartresident

The feedback will help Hart understand what they are doing well, where they can improve, and what the priorities should be over the next 18 months. Following the plans for local government reorganisation, a new North Hampshire unitary council is expected to take over all council services from April 2028.

Services the Council provide impact everyone in Hart, whether it's collecting the bins, maintaining country parks, planning, community safety or something else. Every response will help Hart District Council better understand the needs of their communities and ensures residents are at the heart of decision-making.

Councillor Tony Clarke, Portfolio Holder for Digital and Communications, said: “We know that the services we provide have a real impact on people’s lives. Every Hart resident is affected in some way by what we provide, so that’s why it’s vital we hear from those impacted by the work we do.

“As we go through the process of local government reorganisation, understanding what works for our communities will also help us shape a new council that works for all those it represents.”

Not everybody is able to complete the survey online, so this survey is available in other formats on request. Please email enquiries@hart.gov.uk with any requirements or call 01252 622 122.
