Purpose of the processing

The Council processes personal information for the purposes of assisting in the making of statutory development plans (e.g. the local plan and neighbourhood plans) and other planning related documents, including the Community Infrastructure Levy, economic development projects and the Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP) and has a statutory duty to hold a self-build register.
