A call for sites is being carried out to inform work on a new Hart Local Plan. Some sites may also be suitable for inclusion in the Brownfield Land Register.
When submitting a site some personal data will be collected.
The lawful basis for processing of this information is ‘public task’ as defined under Article 6(1)(e) of the UK General Data Protection Regulations.

We have internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your personal data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the proper performance of their duties.
We will hold personal data received through the call for sites for up to six months after the new local plan is superseded, unless you withdraw the site submission and request that your personal data be deleted. You can do this by contacting planningpolicy@hart.gov.uk
