Developer contributions allow us to secure infrastructure from developments in the local area
Infrastructure Funding Statements present information on developer contributions secured through section 106 planning obligations. It includes information on contributions secured, received, allocated or spent in the reporting year.
If someone, for example a future property owner, wants to check that a S106 agreement for a piece of land has been followed or finished, they can ask for confirmation. These requests usually happen when properties are being bought or sold and are often made by solicitors.
The Council charges fees to cover the cost of looking into these requests and providing the information. The fees for checking compliance with S106 planning obligations are shown below:
