Information for guests and sponsors on the Government’s Homes for Ukraine scheme in Hart
We continue to support hosts and guests under the Government’s Homes for Ukraine scheme by working in partnership with Hampshire County Council, Hart Voluntary Action and other partners.
We have a dedicated officer who ensures our Ukrainian guests have the ongoing support they need to find sanctuary and build their lives here. Ongoing support is also available for our generous hosts who have helped house Ukrainian guests.
In Hart we have so far supported:
- 177 registered hosts
- 292 Ukrainian guests
- 146 guests who have moved out of host accommodation (usually into private rentals)
- several small grants to help guests settle into the community
