Join us for a fun day celebrating nature and community at Edenbrook Country Park. Meet local wildlife charities and businesses, enjoy nature crafts and explore activities like spotter sheets and wildlife walks. With bubbles and face painting, it’s the perfect countryside day out!

Facilities

  • Coffee, cake and hot food van on-site
  • Café in the Hart Leisure Centre (0.389 miles, 10 minute walk)
  • Toilets will be available on the site or at the Hart Leisure Centre 

Parking and travel information

There are four car parks available for Nature Discovery Day.

Blue Badge parking is available in limited numbers at Car park A (Main Car Park). If Car park A is full, please use Car park B(Calthorpe Park School).

Please do not park at the Leisure Centre or on surrounding residential streets.

Car park A: Main car park 

Distance: 0.3 miles (approximately 8-minute walk)
Blue Badge Parking: Limited spaces available
Opening Hours: All day

Car park B: Calthorpe Park School

Distance: 0.6 miles (approximately 14-minute walk)
Blue Badge Parking: No designated spaces
Opening Hours: 9:30am to 4:00pm

Car park C: Bike track car park 

Distance: 0.6 miles (approximately 14-minute walk)
Blue Badge Parking: No designated spaces
Opening Hours: All day

Car Park D: Grove Farm

Distance: 0.6 miles (approximately 15-minute walk)
Blue Badge Parking: No designated spaces
Opening Hours: All day

Getting here by bus

The nearest bus stops are approximately a 16–17 minute walk from the event site.
Travelling by bus? Route 610 serves both nearby bus stops.

Bus Stop A: (0.664 miles, 16 minute walk)

Bus Stop B: (0.699 miles, 17 minute walk)

Travel Advice

Nature Discovery Day is expected to be busy. Where possible, please consider walking, cycling, car sharing, or using public transport. Please allow extra time for parking and the walk to the event site.
