Each year we publish a diversity profile for Hart. We include examples of how we use information about diversity in the district to shape our services and programmes.
Supporting communities plan 2021-2023
We created the plan to present information about our priorities, projects and partnerships. These will:
- support communities to recover from the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic
- help us better understand and tackle social and health inequalities
- nurture safe, supportive and inclusive communities
