Environmental Health fees

Please check first if you need a licence for your animal-related business or activity.

Businesses hold animals for exhibition and dangerous wild animal licences for three years; these businesses are not star-rated.

We grant all other animal activity licences for one to three years, depending on the compliance rating given to the businesses at the time of inspection.

Some animal activities require a visit from an approved veterinary surgeon. The applicant must pay the full cost of this visit.
