The purpose of this public consultation and the processing of your personal data is to inform the process for final adoption of Hart District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2023.

Responses can be submitted via email or in writing by contacting the Parking team on either parking@hart.gov.uk or at Parking team, Hart District Council, Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, GU51 4AE. 

Your data will allow us to identify what your views are in relation to the Draft Hart District Council (Off-Street Parking Order) 2023.

Lawful basis for processing personal data

The processing of this information is necessary for the Council to undertake a public task as defined under Article 6(1)(e) of the UK GDPR and has a clear basis in law, namely sections 32, 35 and 124 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Who the data might be shared with

Only the Executive Director of Community, the Safer Communities Manager, the Parking Manager, and relevant staff will have access to the personal data. Elected officials will have access to an anonymised and aggregated report.

We keep your personal data secure. We have internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your personal data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the proper performance of their duties.

We will not share your personal data with any other parties except if required to do so by law.

How long the Council will keep your data

Your personal data will be kept for two weeks after the closure of the consultation. Data will be accumulated into an anonymised and aggregated report.
