Shared Legal Services

Purpose of the processing

The Council may use your personal information for various functions. These include:

  • to undertake legal work to draw up a contract
  • to issue licence for grazing on or use of Council land
  • to issue lease or licence for commercial properties/land 
  • the legal process of selling parcels of Council-owned land
  • payments received legal transaction
  • to institute and/or defend legal proceedings, to comply with legislative requirements, pursuant to statutory powers, in exercise of statutory powers
