Sex establishments

When applying, you'll need to provide:

• applicant's name and address
• age (where the applicant is an individual)
• address of the premises

You need to place a public notice of the application in a local newspaper within seven days of making your application. You must display a public notice of the application on the premises for at least 21 days.

You should also give a copy of the application to Hampshire Police within seven days of applying to us for a licence.
