You cannot pay fees in instalments. You must pay fees in full, and any veterinary expenses incurred by us, before your dog can be returned to you.
For whatever reason a dog is found straying, you must pay these costs.
By collecting the dog, we have safeguarded its welfare. We have also prevented it causing problems for which the owner may be liable and prevented it from being injured or stolen. Collection fees reflect the costs we have incurred in detaining the dog and contacting the owner.
